eMR Clinical Trainer

1. Experience managing the review and analyses of complex ICT business processes and services in a large and complex service industry organisation, including relevant qualifications or equivalent. This includes demonstrated experience in improving business performance by adopting innovative business analysis solutions.
2. Experience in eliciting business requirements from a range of stakeholders and translating them into clear and thorough documentation suitable for technical audiences, including IT vendors
3. Experience in analysing, working, testing and maintaining service management systems as well as delivering project outcomes on time and to the expected levels of quality, including the demonstrated ability to identify and manage risks within a project.
4. Highly developed analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret complex information from numerous sources, prepare and present analysis and reports, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused solutions.
5. Excellent organisational skills with demonstrated experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with proven capacity to prioritise, multi-task, achieve business goals, perform and always work with a customer focused approach.
6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to produce high quality written documentation and presentations in a timely manner.
7. Demonstrated experience in the delivery of computer / application training within a large organisation. Proven experience in developing training documentations such as Lesson Plans, Training Schedules and Training Scenarios.
8. Demonstrated high level interpersonal and negotiation skills including proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to achieve outcomes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to develop and maintain documentation in both a technical and business context.
