Criminal Record Checks: Working with Children Check and National Police Check
Qualification: Diploma or Degree level qualification relevant in Early Childhood Education
Registration: Teacher accreditation with N.S.W Education Standards Authority

Selection Criteria:
- An early childhood teacher qualification which meets the criteria defined in Children’s Services Education and Care Services National Regulation 2011.
- Current Teacher Accreditation (NESA)
- Sound knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practice
- Demonstrated ability to develop educational programs for children in reference to the Early Years Learning Framework
- Ability to support and guide colleagues with child development assessment, planning and documentation
- Approved child protection qualification (Statement of Attainment)
- Current first aid and emergency anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications/training
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills
