Selection Criteria:
  1. Relevant health related tertiary qualifications and/or substantial experience in managing complex programs in a health environment.
  2. Understanding of the NSW Health system, including statutory responsibilities, current challenges and risks, and major cost drivers impacting on financial and budget management and planning
  3. Demonstrated success in managing/leading large and diverse teams and delivering on key priorities and results.
  4. Demonstrated skills in relationship management, influencing, negotiating, consulting and communicating, both oral and written, on complex issues. Must have experience preparing documentation for senior executives, such as briefs, ministerials, white papers.
  5. Demonstrated experience in providing strategic consultation, communication, negotiation, problem solving, conceptual thinking and analytical skills
  6. Demonstrated success in managing/leading large and diverse teams.
  7. Strong project design and management skills with experience in successfully managing large and complex projects and delivering on key priorities and results
  8. Demonstrated successful experience at a senior level in the public and/or private sector in the effective formulation, implementation and monitoring of key initiatives within a complex environment.
