Essential Criteria
Vaccination category: A
Checks: Aged Care Check
Tertiary qualification & current registration with AHPRA in Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy or tertiary qualification in Social Work with eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Work.

Selection Criteria
- Has obtained the qualification Statement of Attainment 3 or 4 in Comprehensive (ACAT) Assessment, or equivalent recent work experience/ practice in ACAT assessments
- Demonstrated post graduate experience working with older people in an acute or community setting.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently & in an effective manner encompassing appropriate initiative, organisational, problem solving & time management skills.
- Proven written & verbal communication skills including demonstrated computer literacy.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as function as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
- Understanding or experience in the health & functional support needs of older people & their carers in the community setting.
- Current Drivers Licence (minimum class C) valid within Australia & demonstrated competent driving ability/ experience.
