Checks: National Police Check and the Working With Children Check
Registration: Current Registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Selection Criteria:
- Minimum five years full time equivalent post registration experience with at least three years full time equivalent experience in obesity/diabetes education and post graduate qualification relevant to the field of practice.
- Current credentialing with ADEA, Australian Diabetes Educators Association.
- Proven clinical leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary framework with a demonstrated commitment to excellence in nursing practice
- Demonstrated excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to implement changes and develop direction in clinical practice by the utilization of evidence based practice
- Demonstrated experience and expert skills in the development and delivery of health professional training programs in obesity and diabetes. Demonstrated skills in the systematic review, collection, analysis and presentation of research/practice development
