Seletion Criteria
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and problem solving
- Demonstrated superior organisational skills and experience in office administration, preferably in a health care environment, with a sound knowledge of Medical Terminology
- Demonstrated ability to carry out a broad range of administrative functions, including maintaining patient confidentiality
- Demonstrated competency in using Microsoft Office applications, Email, Cerner Powerchart, iPM and database skills, including the ability to generate queries and reports
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including telephone technique with the ability to liaise with staff at all levels, and including Dictaphone skills
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team environment
