Essential Criteria

Vaccination: Category A
Checks: Working with Children Check and National Criminal Record Check 
Registration: Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) (NSW Registered Nurse – Division 1).

Selection Criteria

  1. Proven leadership and management skills and demonstrated ability to coach, lead, manage and support a clinical team
  2. Extensive recent post registration clinical experience and knowledge of current nursing issues in Haematology/ Bone Marrow/ Stem Cell transplant.
  3. Demonstrated knowledge in initiating and implementing changes to improve clinical service delivery and outcomes, models of care, evidence based practice and practice development.
  4. Evidence of and commitment to patient/ client focussed care, clinical governance and quality improvement.
  5. Demonstrated experience in written and verbal communication skills and computer literacy relevant health management systems.
  6. Consistently demonstrates behaviours that reinforce the CORE Values of WSLHD: Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment. Demonstrates these behaviours with all stakeholders, colleagues, direct reports, as well as our patients and consumers, and those that care for them
