Essential Criteria:

Checks: Aged Care Check
Qualification: Tertiary Education as an Occupational Therapist
Registration: Australian Practice Health Registration Association (APHRA) as an Occupational Therapist
Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated skills in Occupational Therapy assessment, planning and evaluating interventions for clients with chronic and complex health conditions.
- Demonstrated clinical experience or understanding of the needs of clients with chronic and complex health needs.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Good computer skills, including experience using CHOC Cerner eMR or equivalent.
- Demonstrated understanding and application of quality improvement principles.
- Current unrestricted Driver’s License valid in Australia.
