Selection Criteria:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated experience in project management or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in all aspects of the health service planning process including; facility design and operational policy, models of care design and documentation, project, change management and implementation, and operational commissioning.
- Well-developed written, oral and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder issues through consultation and objective negotiation to ensure positive outcomes for both the stakeholder and organisation. As well as ability to form effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders including contractors.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, manage, monitor and mitigate risks related to project deliverables including analysis and resolution of complex issues.
- Demonstrated ability to set priorities, achieve objectives and deliver quality results on a range of complex projects whilst working to tight deadlines
- High level computer literacy, especially MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Project
