How to Apply

Essential Criteria:
- Qualification: Tertiary Qualifications as an Allied Health Professional as per the Health Professionals State Award
- Registration: AHPRA or per the Health Professional State Award
Selection Criteria:
- Extensive clinical experience working clinically as an allied health professional in a public health setting.
- Demonstrated project management skills and expertise in the development, delivery and evaluation of adult education in a clinical setting and/or evidence of relevant postgraduate qualifications in education, health management or public health.
- Demonstrated effective leadership with excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders with a commitment to excellent customer service.
- Excellent time management and organisation skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and use initiative.
- Demonstrated current understanding of the NSW Health system, knowledge of key reforms and strategic workforce directions relevant to the Allied Health Workforce with an aptitude to develop and implement strategies that will enhance current and future workforce needs.
- Demonstrated ability to apply quality and safety principles in the development, delivery and evaluation of allied health education and/or training programs.
- Valid NSW Drivers Licence with the ability to travel and work across multiple sites in WSLHD.
