Selection Criteria:

  1. Demonstrated experience in an administrative role.
  2. Demonstrated experience in word processing, data entry Microsoft Office Suite.
  3. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written and the ability to liaise effectively with senior personnel, departmental managers, staff and visitors.
  4. Capacity to work flexibly and efficiently with a multidisciplinary team with superior customer service skills
  5. Demonstrated organisational skills with ability to manage several projects concurrently.
  6. Intermediate knowledge and understanding of medical terminology
  7. Ability to work 24 hours 7 day rotating roster
