Selection Criteria

  1. Proven capacity to prioritise, undertake and complete tasks with minimal supervision in a busy clinical environment.
  2. Effective interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and staff.
  3. Excellent time management and organisation skills with attention to detail
  4. Ability to provide a comprehensive range of reception duties and to support several teams.
  5. Understanding the need for confidentiality when working with client and staff information
  6. Experience and proficiency using computer word processing and database packages, and an aptitude for learning new systems.
  7. Ability and willingness to multi task, and take direction from Senior Administrative staff.
  8. Possess organisational skills required to set priorities, meet deadlines and monitor workflow in the area of responsibility.
