What you'll be doing
This role supports patients, carers, and staff by ensuring efficient administrative processes and quality service delivery across the ward environment. Your responsibilities will also include:
- Providing safe and effective patient support
- Assisting staff in delivering timely care
- Maintaining accurate patient data systems
- Delivering friendly customer service
- Working collaboratively across teams

Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated experience using patient database systems such as iPM or Cerner
- Demonstrated clerical or administration experience in a health, hospital or medical environment
- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Windows including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Demonstrated experience in working in a fast-paced environment with strong organisational and time management skills
- Demonstrated experience in dealing with patients/customers and their families//carers
- Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to
