Hours Per Week: 38 (Job Share may be considered for part time hours)

What you'll be doing 
The Got It! program is an early intervention school-based mental health service supporting children K–2 with disruptive behaviours. The role focuses on collaboration, assessment, and early support for better long-term outcomes.

• Build strong partnerships with schools and families
• Conduct screening and behavioural assessments
• Deliver evidence-based group interventions
• Support teacher and parent understanding of behaviour
• Link families to community supports and services

Essential Requirements:

• Qualification: Relevant tertiary qualifications as a Registered Nurse, Psychologist, Occupational Therapist or Social Worker.
• Registration: Full registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist, Nurse or Psychologist, or eligibility to be a
  member of the AASW as a Social Worker. (Registered Nurse: requires at least 5 years full time equivalent post registration experience and approved post registration nursing qualifications relevant to the position).

Selection Criteria:

1. High level of interpersonal skills and commitment to working closely with other members of a multi-disciplinary team.
2. Clinical skills and experience in the assessment and treatment of children and their families presenting with complex mental health needs, using evidence-based approaches.
3. Experience and skill in developing, implementing and evaluating programs including clinical groups.
4. Commitment to and skill in working collaboratively and systemically with many key stakeholders.
5. Demonstrated ability to provide support and training to other professionals at individual and group levels.
6. Current Drivers Licence valid within Australia and willingness to use for work.
