Remuneration: Dependent on Qualifications
Hours Per Week: 38 (Job Share may be considered for part time hours)

What you'll be doing
The Got It! program is an early intervention school-based mental health service supporting children K–2 with disruptive behaviours. The role focuses on collaboration, assessment, and early support for better long-term outcomes.
- Build strong partnerships with schools and families
- Conduct screening and behavioural assessments
- Deliver evidence-based group interventions
- Support teacher and parent understanding of behaviour
- Link families to community supports and services

Essential Requirements:
- Qualification: Relevant tertiary qualifications as a Registered Nurse, Psychologist, Occupational Therapist or Social Worker.
- Registration: Full registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist, Nurse or Psychologist, or eligibility to be a
member of the AASW as a Social Worker. (Registered Nurse: requires at least 5 years full time equivalent post registration experience and approved post registration nursing qualifications relevant to the position).
Selection Criteria:
- High level of interpersonal skills and commitment to working closely with other members of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Clinical skills and experience in the assessment and treatment of children and their families presenting with complex mental health needs, using evidence-based approaches.
- Experience and skill in developing, implementing and evaluating programs including clinical groups.
- Commitment to and skill in working collaboratively and systemically with many key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to provide support and training to other professionals at individual and group levels.
- Current Drivers Licence valid within Australia and willingness to use for work.
