Selection Criteria
- Understanding of Medicare Benefits Scheme (MBS), Revenue, private health insurance & other billing arrangements.
- Experience in utilising PowerBilling Revenue Collection (PBRC), Revenue Portal, i.PM (Patient Administration System), Microsoft Office applications, Content Management (HPECM) and Powerchart.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organise, prioritise and manage multiple tasks, considering the impact on others to achieve outcomes.
- Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with people from a range of professional and social backgrounds.
- Demonstrated high level of analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure the integrity, reliability, accuracy of data and data systems.
- Capacity to work independently and as an effective team member with the ability to facilitate and support the team to achieve required outcomes.
- Demonstrated exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills.
