What you'll be doing

Join our dynamic team as a Registered Nurse, delivering evidence-based, person-centred care in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment. Key responsibilities are to:

  • Provide holistic care aligned with national nursing standards
  • Document and evaluate care plans to support patient outcomes
  • Mentor and support nursing team members and students
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Drive continuous improvement and evidence-based practice

Essential Criteria:

  • Registration: Currently authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation  Agency (AHPRA)

Selection Criteria:

  1. Currently authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  2. Recent demonstrated experience in the Intensive Care setting or critical care nursing/other experience deemed appropriate by WSLHD
  3. Effective interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients
  4. Excellent time management and organisation skills with attention to detail
  5. Evidence of computer literacy and understanding of relevant health related information systems
