What you'll be doing
Provide operational business management and executive support to the Director People and Culture (DPC) in the design and delivery of effective people management strategies, frameworks, processes and programs; to grow a sustainable, engaged and high performing organisational culture; and to develop the required people capacity and capabilities to achieve the organisations strategic priorities. You will be responsible for:
- Business management across the Office of the Director People & Culture, oversight of the P&C budget and performance, oversight of reporting and senior administrative requirements.
- Provide leadership and support to P&C managers in identifying solutions to complex operational, process and policy issues.
- Provide a Project Management approach for oversight of the multiple programs of work across P&C
- Prepare briefings, letters, reports and other internal and external correspondence on behalf of the DPC as required.
- Develop and implement project and business plans across the directorate.
