What you'll be doing
Join our Admissions and Bookings Office to manage waiting lists and elective admissions with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Processing Recommendation for Admission forms
- Booking appointments
- Liaising with medical and administrative teams
- Maintaining patient confidentiality
- Enhancing service delivery

Selection Criteria:
- Relevant experience in admissions and bookings processes.
- Experience with computerised patient administration systems.
- Sound knowledge of NSW Health "Elective Surgery Access" Policy Directive (PD2022_001).
- Experience in a customer service role demonstrating effective interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work productively within a team, and to work autonomously when required.
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills to manage competing priorities.
- Demonstrated understanding of Medical Terminology.
