- A bachelor or post graduate degree in Speech Pathology which provides eligibility for membership of Speech Pathology Australia. Knowledge, skills and experience to meet the requirements of the NSW Health Professionals Award Level 2.
- Demonstrated highly proficient written, verbal, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to take a leadership role in developing and maintaining a strong multidisciplinary team.
- Proven ability to effectively prioritise and organise own work/caseload and facilitate this in team members, also a current license to drive in NSW.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully complete quality improvements projects and lead implementation of evidence based practice.
- Demonstrated ability in managing team resources effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership capability and ability to lead a team.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and to develop and implement innovative solutions.
