About the role
We are seeking applications from suitably qualified Social Workers to join our Sub-acute Rehabilitation and Palliative Care Team based at Walanmarra, Dubbo Health Service. The primary caseload will be in the rehabilitation setting.
This role will report to the Allied Health Manager - Walanmarra and will be supported clinically by Senior Social Workers to ensure the delivery of high quality care to sub-acute and palliative care patients.
