- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or extensive experience in planning, project and change management.
- Demonstrated skills and experience in planning and development of clinical and health support services.
- Demonstrated experience in the development, delivery and evaluation of projects.
- An understanding of emerging best practice and trends relating to health service delivery, workforce redesign and organisational change particularly within a rural health context.
- Well developed analytical skills that facilitate a conceptual approach to the strategic planning process and proven ability to develop innovative solutions.
- Demonstrated capacity to collaborate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders and demonstrated written communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated time management skills and capacity to successfully deliver outcomes.
- Current drivers licence and willingness to travel across the LHD as required.
