Senior Administration Officer, Corporate Support Service Operations
What You'll Be Doing:
The vision for South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) is ' exceptional care, healthier lives'. The position provides a high level of administrative support duties to the Corporate Support Services Operations portfolio. The position is responsible for providing senior administrative support, including managing and generating correspondence including briefs and varied reporting in addition to calendar and meeting management. The position also maintains databases, policy documents, intranet information as well as staff and procurement management systems, rostering systems and record management systems.

Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in providing expert administrative services within a complex work environment.
- Demonstrated ability to write complex documentation including reports, briefs, correspondence with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated highly developed interpersonal and verbal communication skills to liaise professionally with a range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to use initiative and judgement to bring a creative approach to problem-solving
- Demonstrated proficiency in the use of computers and standard office software packages and the ability to instruct others in their use.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement local administrative policies and procedures.
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to learn other software systems, such as rostering systems, record management systems, and procurement systems.
