  1. Current Authority to Practise as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Recent acute clinical experience in Emergency and evidence of advanced practice skills including having First Line Emergency Care Certificate (FLECC) or willingness to commence within 12 months of employment.
  2. Demonstrated effective clinical communication including verbal, written and interpersonal skills and use of information technology.
  3. Understanding of team nursing and demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of the multidisciplinary health care team.
  4. Commitment to quality improvement, practice development and evidence-based practice.
  5. Demonstrated ability to plan and prioritise work load.
  6. Demonstrated personal attributes including resilience, accountability, integrity and ability to manage self.
  7. Demonstrated ability to lead, influence and negotiate to deliver quality nursing care.
  8. Current licence to drive in NSW with the ability to drive for work purposes.
