About the role
This is a rewarding role where you can be involved in people’s lives, not just their illnesses.As an important part of the multidisciplinary care team, you’ll deliver nursing care through a flexible service delivery model, both in community and ambulatory settings and will lead, direct and supervise other care roles in the team, including nurses, students and Aboriginal Health Workers (AHW) to support the delivery of quality care.
