About the role
The Integrated Primary Care Registered Nurse is an integral part of the multidisciplinary healthcare team providing direct nursing care to patients / clients and families of the health service; providing a flexible service delivery model to patients / clients/ carers, both in community, ambulatory and Medical Centre environment; and leading, directing and supervising other nurses and other care roles in the team.
This role would consist of 2 days per week working in the Tullamore Medical Centre- Hours of operations are 830hrs to 1700hrs.
