About the role
At Western NSW LHD this role enables you to bring your purpose to life, broaden your scope and fast track your career. As a Registered Nurse – Emergency Department, you will be integral to achieving our goal of healthier rural people and thriving communities.

You will be working in a small three bed unit. There is one Resus bed, two other beds and a small consult room. Two nurses are on duty mornings and evenings and there is an on-call Dr 24/7. A NUM manages the overall working of the department and they report to the Nurse Manager. This is a key emergency department supporting patients within the region and is a crucial emergency service for the community.
