About the role

The role works a member of the multidisciplinary Orange health service child and family health team, and in collaboration wider primary and community health team and with local internal and external stakeholders to optimise child and family health outcomes for families living in the Orange region.

Providing clinic based services at Orange Health Service and the Kite St Community Health Centre, home visits and facilitating group education and parent support programs.
