About the role
The Child and Family Health Nurse (CFHN) is an integral part of the multidisciplinary healthcare team providing preventative, early detection and early referral for intervention/ treatment care and Services to children (0-5 years) and their parents/carers including the offer of a home visit following the birth of every child within the Western New South Wales Local Health District (WNSWLHD).
