About the opportunity

The Registered Nurse is an integral part of the multidisciplinary healthcare team providing nursing care to patients/clients of the health service; and leading, directing and supervising other nurses and care roles in the team, such as Enrolled Nurses (EN), Assistants in Nursing (AIN) and student Registered Nurses (RN), to support quality care for patients/clients.

About Rylstone

Rylstone is a small and beautiful town in the central west of New South Wales with a population of about 1200 people. It is located just three hours’ drive from Sydney and 47 kilometres from the nearby beautiful food and wine region of Mudgee.

Our Facility

The Rylstone Multipurpose Service (MPS) has recently unveiled an expansion and redevelopment project which was completed and officially opened in late 2018, making the facility a new and exciting place to work.

 

The Rylstone MPS provides both acute and residential aged care service with 24-hour emergency care provided on site. A range of ambulatory and primary and community health services are offered on-site by the Rylstone HealthOne, which was also refurbished as part of the redevelopment project.

 

Palliative care and respite services are also offered at Rylstone MPS.
