About the role:
This is an opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to work in an innovative and progressive rural health service.
The Primary & Community Health Registered Nurse will demonstrate knowledge and understanding of chronic disease prevention, health improvement initiatives and other hospitalisation prevention strategies that are evidence based, to assist in the overall health and wellbeing of the western NSW community. Lachlan Health Service incorporates both Parkes and Forbes and staff work across both sites when required.
This position is located in Parkes and is part of the wider Community & Allied Health nursing team across Lachlan Health Service. Lachlan Health Service incorporates both Parkes and Forbes and staff work across both sites when required.
As a Community Based Registered Nurse you will join a team of expert clinicians who provide patient centred care.
Rotating morning shifts 08:00 to16:30 across 7 day roster.
