- Current Authority to Practise as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Tertiary qualifications in critical care or relevant discipline, and/or demonstrated extensive clinical experience in critical care or patient flow.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change, support and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and the implementation of projects, frameworks and/or initiatives.
- Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to communicate, negotiate change and participate in improvement initiatives with multidisciplinary teams, senior clinicians and executives, including the provision of high level advice as required.
- Proven ability to lead or support multidisciplinary teams to develop and achieve common goals.
- Demonstrated problem solving, conceptual thinking and analytical skills.
