To apply for this position, please address the following Selection Criteria

  1. Current Authority to Practise as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Tertiary qualifications in critical care or relevant discipline, and/or demonstrated extensive clinical experience in critical care or patient flow.
  2. Demonstrated ability to lead change, support and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
  3. Demonstrated experience in project management and the implementation of projects, frameworks and/or initiatives.
  4. Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  5. Proven ability to communicate, negotiate change and participate in improvement initiatives with multidisciplinary teams, senior clinicians and executives, including the provision of high level advice as required.
  6. Proven ability to lead or support multidisciplinary teams to develop and achieve common goals.
  7. Demonstrated problem solving, conceptual thinking and analytical skills.
