To apply for this position, please address the following Selection Criteria

  1. A bachelor or post graduate degree in Occupational Therapy with current authority to practice as an Occupational Therapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Knowledge, skills and experience to meet the requirements of the NSW Health Professionals Award Level 2.
  2. Demonstrated capacity to manage the delivery of complex health services and manage staff across a wide range of clinical backgrounds.
  3. Demonstrated highly proficient written, verbal, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  4. Ability to efficiently prioritise, organise own workload and manage competing priorities.
  5. Current knowledge and understanding of issues relating to rural allied health service delivery.
  6. Demonstrated ability to lead and drive quality outcomes in relation to leadership, accountability, performance, workforce culture and people management within the District Living Well Together Framework.
  7. A current license to drive in NSW.
