About the role
We are seeking a motivated Nursing Unit Manager (NUM) to join our professional and dedicated team. The Nurse Unit Manager is in charge of a ward or unit and provides leadership and management of staff, services and resources to ensure delivery of safe, effective, quality nursing care. You will be responsible for the management of the Unit, the ward and clinical service, as well as its resources.
This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a supportive and growing team. The successful applicant will bring energy and enthusiasm to the role, work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team and have a focus on the delivery of safe, effective, quality nursing care.
