Western Virtual Division

About the role
The District Patient Flow & Access Manager role provides professional and operational leadership including direction for the safe and effective flow of patients accessing care in Western NSW Local Health District, major referral hospitals, health services and health networks.

The Virtual Division is a supportive, agile, and innovative team consisting of vCare (Virtual Co-ordination Access Referral Escalation), vRGS (Virtual Rural Generalist Service), iCiC (Integrated Care in the Community) and vAHS (Virtual Allied Health Service). As a service, it operates collaborating with rural and remote Facilities, Base Hospitals, Tertiary Referral Hospitals, Ambulance New South Wales, and all clinicians involved in the delivery of patient centred care.
