About the role
This is a unique opportunity to work as a Nurse Manager in Central Western rural NSW.
The Nurse Manager provides leadership and management of staff, services and resources to ensure delivery of safe, effective, quality nursing care.
You will be managing and supervising staff and clinical nursing practice with a focus on optimal patient outcomes and professional growth for staff. Other duties include case management, treatment planning, recruitment budgeting, scheduling, mentoring and developing educational plans.
You’ll be a role model to uphold policies and professional standards practices with staff to deliver evidence based best-practice and safe care. You’ll also be an advocate for our organisational change processes to continuously improve nursing care delivery.
