Mental Health Clinician - Community Infant Child Youth & Family

About the role
This role sits with a community mental health team who provide recovery focused, person centred care to rural/remote children and youth who are experiencing mental health issues. The role encompasses acute/crisis intervention, case management and carer/family support.

 

Work hours are Monday to Friday – 830am to 5pm. You will not be required to work on Public Holidays or weekends.

 

A typical workday involves clinical care planning, and multi-disciplinary service co-ordination in the form of case management for consumers requiring acute and complex mental health intervention in the community.

 

Multidisciplinary team integrating a range of mental health, drug & alcohol services based at both Forbes and Parkes health facilities. Provides outreach services to Condobolin and surrounding smaller communities
