About the role
The Manager of Technical Operations is responsible for strategic planning and reporting within the department. The position is responsible for the daily operations of the team including leading daily operations, prioritising tasks and project coordination.

The successful candidate will have strong communication to engage with project vendors and stakeholders and be able to manage multiple projects demands and requirements including incident reporting, coordination of technical resolution and managing appropriate handovers to on-call and external teams.

The role requires a broad range of technical skills, including infrastructure management software knowledge, Cloud Technologies, and security and monitoring programs. Strong written skills and effectively collaborate with staff and external vendors are essential.

Business hours are 24 x 7 and therefore there is a need to be on call when required.
