The Health Service Manager (HSM) provides efficient and effective day to day operational leadership and management of facility services to enable delivery of high standards of care and services for patients and their families. This position will cover the management of both Warren and Trangie Multipurpose Health Services.

Driven by a single goal - healthier rural people in thriving communities, your leadership, engagement and collaboration skills are at the heart of this role, enabling delivery of high standards of care and services for patients and their families.

You'll be responsible for efficient and effective daily operational leadership and management of the facility services managing multidisciplinary care teams including administrative and financial management, staff management, best practice patient care and maintaining a visible role in the community.
