  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications in finance related studies or commitment to undertake professional development, and significant financial related experience in a large, complex organisation.
  2. Demonstrated and excellent organisational, analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to deliver change.
  3. Demonstrated ability to problem solve, prioritise workload and meet deadlines, both autonomously and within a team environment with minimal supervision.
  4. Demonstrated and extensive management experience in a large complex organisation in the strategic and operational requirements of management accounting and responding to the demands in the implementation of business development services.
  5. Proven high level interpersonal skills including proven ability to communicate clearly, negotiate persuasively, facilitate and express ideas clearly and coherently, both orally and in writing and influence key stakeholders to achieve required outcomes.
  6. Demonstrated ability to plan, lead and manage a team at a senior level in the organisation with the ability and experience to achieve desired outcomes within specific deadlines and approved resource allocation.
  7. Current NSW Drivers licence and willingness to travel and stay overnight as required.
