About the role
An opportunity currently exists for an enthusiastic Enrolled Nurse to join our nursing team at Dubbo Health Service. Successful applicants will possess a patient centre approach to care delivery and enjoy the challenge of working with patients and staff in our Respiratory Clinic.
The Enrolled Nurse is an integral part of the multidisciplinary healthcare team, working under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse to support and provide quality care for patients/clients.
You will need to communicate effectively with patients and other health care team members, and importantly be an active participant in fostering our culture and lead by the values of collaboration, openness, respect and empowerment.
In a small, close knit team you will be well supported and your dedication will be seen and appreciated. You will be an integral member of the community and you’ll see not only the results of your care, but the appreciation of the community of the role you play in their health.
