About the role

Cowra Primary & Community Health is a service committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to our community. We are dedicated to supporting patients in various settings, including wound clinic, community-based nursing services including Palliative Care.

The successful applicant is required to have past experience in, wound care, with an interest in Community based nursing and in expanding their knowledge in these areas. This position will work Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday.

In this role, you will be working alongside Registered Nurses and the multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with professionals from various fields, including Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology, Child and Family Health, Dietetics, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Women's Health, Sexual Assault Counselling, Acute services and Medical Officer’s. You will need to communicate effectively with patients and other health care team members and importantly be an active participant in fostering our culture and lead by the values of collaboration, openness, respect and empowerment.
