About the role
If you are an Enrolled Nurse with a strong clinical skillset, and a passion for the best possible client care, and would like the opportunity to expand your skills working across many specialties, then we have an opportunity for you. This position covers General wards, RAC, dialysis and ED.

Our rural-based multidisciplinary facilities cover primary health, child and family health, community mental health, and alcohol and drug services. Some facilities also offer emergency, acute care, aged care, and allied health.  Our rural-based positions offer the opportunity to expand your skills and fast-track your career by gaining a breadth of experience that takes years to achieve in larger facilities. All of this is in a stimulating, inclusive, and supportive workplace.

Working under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse you’ll support and provide quality care for patients. You will need to communicate effectively with patients and other health care team members, and importantly be an active participant in fostering our culture, lead by the values of collaboration, openness, respect, and empowerment.

In a small, close-knit team you will be well supported, and your dedication will be seen and appreciated.  You will be an integral member of the community and you’ll see not only the results of your care, but the appreciation of the community of the role you play in their health.
