- Relevant tertiary qualifications within a health discipline and relevant experience in a complex and multi-site organisation.
- Strong record of clinical engagement in a large and geographically dispersed organisation delivering health, human or other complex services.
- Demonstrated experience in effectively leading, developing, negotiating, implementing and sustaining major clinical eHealth change programs within timeframes and budget.
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills; including the ability to engage, negotiate and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume work area.
- Highly developed problem solving, conceptual thinking, analytical and report writing skills, with advanced skills in the use of data analysis software to analyse data to inform decision making, planning and priority setting.
- Current licence to drive in NSW with the willingness and ability to drive and stay overnight for work purposes.
