  1. Relevant management and sterilising qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in managing and leading a Sterilising workforce within a Health Service environment.
  2. Demonstrated sound knowledge of Sterilising & Endoscopic practices and techniques.
  3. Experience in policy development and excellent research skills.
  4. Able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written, verbal and computer skills and an ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
  5. Experience with accreditation and demonstrate experience with regulatory standards /compliance as related to sterilising services.
  6. Evidence of a current Class C Licence to drive in NSW with the ability and willingness to travel for work purpose which may involve driving long distances.
