- Certificate III in Dental Assisting or equivalent and/or significant recent experience as Dental Assistant.
- Demonstrated understanding of infection control principles and demonstrated capacity to adhere to clinic infection control protocols and procedures.
- Proven effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to relate well to adults, children and other health professionals.
- Ability and commitment to work harmoniously in a team environment, showing motivation and willingness to acquire new skills.
- Demonstrated computer literacy with capacity to effectively utilise electronic patient administration and management systems
- Demonstrated capacity and commitment to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Ability and willingness to travel for work purposes. This may involve travelling long distances and occasional overnight stays.
- Current licence to drive in NSW
