- Relevant tertiary qualifications in accounting, commerce, finance or related studies. Post graduate qualifications such as membership of a professional accounting body (e.g. CA, CPA) desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in the analysis of financial and non-financial information, preparation of forecast and budget information, and application of financial knowledge to understand the financial trends and risks encountered over the business cycle.
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve, prioritise workload and meet deadlines, both autonomously and within a team environment with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated and extensive management experience in the strategic and operational requirements of management accounting and responding to the demands in the implementation of business development services
- Proven high-level interpersonal skills including proven ability to communicate clearly, negotiate persuasively, facilitate and express ideas clearly and coherently, both orally and in writing and influence key stakeholders to achieve required outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, lead and manage a team at a senior level in the organisation with the ability and experience to achieve desired outcomes within specific deadlines and approved resource allocation.
- Demonstrated ability to develop business cases, enhancement proposals, business plans, and briefs.
- Current NSW Drivers licence and willingness to travel and stay overnight as required.
