About the role
The Hospital in the Home (HITH) Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 is responsible for delivering complex specialist nursing care in the home or outpatient setting as a clinically safe substitute for hospital care.
In this role, you will provide leadership in service improvement and staff development for provision of effective quality care. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring service data and key performance indicators against strategic direction and clinical best practice.
Innovation and continuous improvement are at the heart of all roles, and through your specialist nursing expertise, the ongoing advancement of specialist clinical practice and mentoring of health care professionals in the team., you’ll be part of shaping the future of rural health.
