Criteria
- Current Authority to Practise as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with at least 5 years full time equivalent post registration clinical experience.
- Demonstrated effective communication including verbal, written and interpersonal skills and advanced information technology skills to provide consultancy services and deliver innovative nursing practice.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively both independently and as part of the multidisciplinary health care team.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to quality improvement, practice development and evidence-based practice.
- Demonstrated extensive experience, clinical expertise and clinical leadership in Mental Health, Drug and Alcohol with knowledge of contemporary models of care in Older Person's Mental Health, Drug and Alcohol.
- Demonstrated personal attributes including resilience, accountability, integrity and ability to manage self.
- Demonstrated ability to identify education needs and deliver education for patients/clients and health care professionals.
- Current licence to drive in NSW with the ability to travel occasionally for work purposes.
