- Experience providing basic application support and training for a clinical information system or similar, in a complex organisation.
- Understanding of the health care setting, including electronic medical records and patient administration processes.
- Sound organisational skills, with the capacity to effectively manage competing priorities and respond to tight deadlines.
- Confidence and competence with use of core office software applications, including the Microsoft Office suite, and ability to learn new programs readily.
- Experience providing quality customer services to a range of customers and the ability to resolve complex customer issues and needs.
- Sound verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate routine technical information clearly and the capacity to prepare written material which is well structured and easy to follow by the intended audience.
- Ability to work flexible hours on a 24 hour roster, including weekends and public holidays and be available for 'on call' as required.
- Current licence to drive in NSW with the ability to travel for work purposes.
