About the role

The primary responsibility of this role is the accurate translation of narrative descriptions of diseases, injuries and procedures into alphanumeric codes using ICD-10-AM and the correct assignment of the Diagnosis Related Groups (DRG) within the NSW Health and Western NSW Local Health District (WNSWLHD) timeframes.
